If you're putting them at the end of each section, they're not footnotes but
endnotes. Using the information contained in Bob Franz's post, delete the
Endnote Separator and Endnote Continuation Separator. You'll probably also
want to format the font or paragraph line spacing to 1 point to keep the
empty separator paragraph from taking up unwanted space.
