Tools, Options, General tab. Deselect them and then all your keyboard

Word 2000 (I know it's old but both these functions used to work!)

If I select any topic in the Help, nothing happens.Might my help file
have shifted to somewhere else? Where can I look for or get it? Where

Shift F5, I think used to take me to the place I was last at when the
document was open. This doesn't seem to work now.
