Default Word doc. with 4 sections

You might want to start with a "label" that is already designed for this
type of layout. In the Tools | Letters and Mailings | Envelopes and Labels
dialog (Label Options), you can select Avery 3263 - Postcard (Landscape) or
5845 Note card (Portrait). In the Labels dialog, click New Document to get a
sheet of "labels." They are set up as a 2x2 table, so be sure you have table
gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines) so you can see the card
boundaries.

I am trying to create a word doc. w/ 4 equally sized sections so I can

print
4 small invitations on 1 page. How do you get the "rows" to be equally

sized?
The columns are easy, just having trouble w. the rest of it.
