You do not have to do it monthly, you just do it the one time in the
mailmerge main document.

it can be solve by edit the field with the formating switch,
just wonder izzit any better solution to solve this , coz i will be

I am trying to merge an Excell spreadsheet into Word. One of my
columns,
is
a computed figure title Total Contact. In Word, I want the number to
be
in
this format: $30,800. I can only get it to print in this format
30800.25.
How do I do this?
