Default need a template letter from one Doctor to another MD re shared

Then you either need to change your search terms or accept the fact that no
template exists on the web and create your own based on letters that your
doctor has received.

Please be nice and refer me to the proper place to post my question. I
am
new at this job/position (one week). I have spent hours researching the
web
and this afternoon spent a couple hours going through Microsoft
templates
for
ideas. If you don't have anything constructive to say then please keep
your
impolite comments to yourself.

Be a good employe and write the letter as requested, that's what you
are
being paid for...

My boss has asked me to draft a generic letter she can use when she
has
to
notify another Doctor of a shared patient... that is all the
guidelines
I've
got.
I've searched the web and can't seem to find any ideas or
templates...
Any
ideas out there?
