Well, "Footnote number (formatted as footnote reference)" would be a
better description (but too long, of course).

Well, you can insert a cross-reference to an existing
footnote:
Insert
| Reference | Cross-reference, for "Reference type," choose
"Footnote"
and, for "Insert reference to," choose "Footnote number." You
will
have to format the cross-reference as superscript to make it
look
like
a footnote.
