Default TOC style underline hidden when 2 TOC lines of same style are
Ok, that works fine to add the border once the TOC is generated.

What I can't find is a way to add an internal horizontal border to the style
specification. It would be nice not to have to manually amend the TOC each
time I re-generate it.
