Not exactly, but there's something that might do what you want. Select the
text you want reduced (or increased):


Ctrl+Shift+ or Decrease or Increase all fonts in the selection to the
next available listed size step. For example, if you select text and press
Ctrl+Shift+, then size 12 becomes 14, 14 becomes 16, 16 becomes 18, etc.
(assuming those are the available steps for font used).

Ctrl+] or [ Decrease or Increase all fonts in the selection 1 point.
