You need to ditch the section break; you don't need it. See

I am creating a letterhead in Word 2000 for over 2000 users of varying

when the document is opened. Doing this stops all merging in Word, even

3. Putting a section break in the header so that the header would be
section 1 and the body of the letter would be section 2. Word will not
allow
section breaks to be inserted into a header.

How can I accomplish the goal?
