Printing individual pages doesn't work with mailmerge output, as you've
discovered. The way around this is to create smaller output files (eg 10
pages or 50 pages or whatever you're comfortable with). This is one of the
options provided by the mailmerge helper when you're creating the output --
eg if you have 20 labels to the page, create output for items 1 to 1000,
1001 to 2000, etc.
