Default HELP "Send TO"

OK, so I close the file while in Word. Is there now a way, while still in
Word, that I can copy the file to a flash drive without having to open up
Explorer, Documents and Settings, etc., right click on the file and send it
that way?
Thanks.

Working directly off a floppy, i.e. opening/saving, is one of the
leading causes of document corruption. It's advised that you work off
your HD and then copy the file to the floppy after the file has been
closed, such as right-clicking the document and using the Send To
command.

Think of a floppy as a means of storing and transport - like a
briefcase. Typically you take papers/files out of your briefcase and
place them on your desk to work with them so you can spread them out
and have a little room to work. Just as you need room to work
applications need room to work as well. And if Word runs out of room
the document can easily become corrupt and unrecoverable.
