In Windows, add Sindhi capability: Start Control Panel Regional
and Language Options (be sure "Complex Scripts" is checked)
Languages Details Add. Choose Sindhi from the drop-down list of
languages.

If Complex Scripts was not already activated, you will need your
Windows distribution disk in order to install it.

When you return to your desktop, you will have a "Language Bar" icon
at the bottom right. Click it and choose Sindhi. Your keyboard then
changes to typing Sindhi.

In order to see the letter for each key, turn on On-Screen Keyboard:
Start All Programs Accessories Accessibility. Now, when your
cursor is in a document with "SI" showing in the Language Bar icon,
roll your cursor over the on-screen keyboard and it changes to the
Sindhi keyboard. You can type by clicking the key images, or by typing
on your keyboard. You can change the Setting of the on-screen keyboard
to "hover," and then just holding the cursor over a key puts the
letter in the text.

(This is XP; Vista probably works very similarly.)
