TOC's / - My document requires: GENERAL TABLE OF CONTENTS (TOC field) ;
IN-DEPTH TABLE OF CONTENTS - PART I and PART II - with sub-headings (TC
fields "C" and "D" for PARTS I and II respectively - to update on separate
pages); and BOOK-MARK TOC's throughout each section. The actual content is
about 350 pages.

include numbering unless you include numbering in the field. Why are you
using TC fields?

Thank you for the quick response! The TOC entries picked up the numbering
from my headings without having to add numbering to my TOC STYLES - I
used
these styles in order to have the numbering picked up in a TC FIELD --
where
the numbering was not picked up without these modifications. Is there a
switch to include numbering in a TC FIELD?
