Default Margins won't change in each section
I have a document that has multiple sections. I am trying to change the
margins (which are currently set at 1") and it won't let me change them at
all. It's not my printer because I can change other documents just fine.

I've never seen a document that won't allow me to change the margins. Can
anything be done or do I need to recreate the document?
