Default I've replaced an empty ink cartridge. Computer thinks empty

Nothing to do with Word. Contact the printer manufacturer or find a support
forum for your printer model.

I've replaced an empty cyan ink cartridge. The computer message
continually
reads that it's empty and will not allowed me to print in color. I've
rebooted, but that's all that I know how to do. Any suggestions?
