One other possibility is that the remote users have their macro security
turned to high and they have not stored your template in a trusted location.

I have created a template with several Ask fields, bookmarked in a number
of
locations throughout the document . On my computer, an AutoNew macro
updates
all the bookmarks upon filling the data into the Ask field boxes.
I moved the template into a shared location on a network and had 22 people
set up their Workgroups templates to beable to use the template. Up to
this
point everything worked perfectly. Then,
I needed to furnish the template to about 100 people who are not network
users and are located in far flung locations. I addressed this by
e-mailing
the template. Ask fields and bookmarks are maintained with no problem but
the macro disappears. I am at a total loss to explain why the macro
disappears, upon e-mailing the template file.
Please, a bit of advice would be most useful.
