Hi Robert,

Those entries in earlier versions of Word were part of the prepackagedAutoTextentries included. They're not part of the new
'Document Parts' feature of Word in Insert=QuickParts=Building Blocks Organizer, but if you have Normal.dot or Email.dot from your
prior version and add it to the PC with Word 2007 you can use the Template dialog (Alt, T, I) to attach either one of those and then
the previous entries will appear in the Building Blocks Organizer. You can then, while in the organizer, edit the properties for
'Save In' to move a copy of the entry into the Building Blocks, Normal.dotm (Word 2007 replacement of .dot) (or other) template and
they'll be available after that when you start Word.

You can also add anAutoTextgallery to the Quick Access Toolbar from
Office Button=Word Options=Customize=Commands not in the Ribbon
and choose 'AutoText'. If you then attach the old email.dot or Normal.dot before clicking on the QATAutoTextthen the old entries
will be available there, with live preview, without all of the other categories of the Building Block Organizer.

Hello

I have googled, used Word 2007 help and have not been able to figure
out away to addclosingauto signature to a letter, like "Yours truly,
Regards, All the best ect...."

There seemed to be a drop down menu on older version which would let
you select several good byes.

One site I found said this option is no longer availble, can anyone
help/

Thank You,

Robert

Hi Bob

Thank you very much...Sounds complicated to do, but at least I'm not
losing my marbles! I was really getting frustrated trying to find it,
its just not there....

Thanks again

Robert

Dear Bob:

For Word 2003, how do I add to [Closing] a new one; such as
[Warmly,]?

Thank you.
