Thanks Jay! I forgot to mention that I've just upgraded to 2003. I was able
to find this and it works. Yay!! Too bad you can't access this from Styles.
That means I'll have to go into every table and change it manually, but at
least I won't have to go back and manually reposition the blasted things
every time I tweak the line spacing on the rest of the page!

Wrapping", click the Around button and then the newly enabled Positioning
button. In the next dialog, set the vertical position to Bottom relative to
Margin. Click OK in both dialogs.

No text boxes, no frames, no problems changing existing tables.
