Default How to change from double to single line spacing pressing enter

There are two parts to the answer to your question because there are two
things at play here, spacing within paragraphs and spacing between
paragraphs:

1. The paragraph style you're using is set for Single spacing, but it also
has some Spacing Before/After to create a "blank line" between paragraphs.
If you go to Format | Paragraph, you can see this spacing and reset it to 0
if desired.

2. If you *want* space between paragraphs, however, you can create a new
line without creating a new paragraph by pressing Shift+Enter, which inserts
a line break. This is helpful when you're typing poetry, for example, and
want single spacing between verses but double spacing between stanzas.
