Thumbs up Answer: Figure Error! No text of specified style in document.

Hi Sridhar,

It sounds like the error message you're seeing is related to the style of the captions you've added to your figures and tables. Here's how you can fix this problem:
  1. Open your Word document and go to the "References" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on "Insert Caption" in the "Captions" group.
  3. In the "Caption" dialog box, make sure the "Label" field is set to "Figure" or "Table" depending on what you're captioning.
  4. In the "Position" section, select where you want the caption to appear (above or below the figure/table).
  5. Click on the "Numbering" button to open the "Caption Numbering" dialog box.
  6. In the "Caption Numbering" dialog box, make sure the "Include chapter number" box is unchecked.
  7. In the "Format" section, select the style you want for your caption. You can choose from the built-in styles or create your own.
  8. Click "OK" to close the "Caption Numbering" dialog box.
  9. Click "OK" to close the "Caption" dialog box.
  10. Repeat these steps for all of your figures and tables.

Once you've updated all of your captions using the steps above, the error message should no longer appear when you try to print your document.
