Default mail merge label question

In Word 2007, go to the Mailings tab and then in the Write & Insert Fields
section of the ribbon, the Update Labels button invokes the Propogate Labels
command.

You'll doubtless find Graham's article helpful, but note that you do not
have to create the postcards manually, as Word offers built-in label
descriptions for both Avery postcard layouts and a 1/4 Letter option
(portrait and landscape) in the list under Microsoft as vendor. When you
start with these, Word inserts the «Next Record» field automatically.
Moreover, you need enter your text only once, then use Propagate Labels
to have it copied to the rest of the "labels" on the page.

Thanks for this - though I could not find the "propagate labels" option
- could you show me where it is?

Thanks,
