Default Is there a way to turn off keyboard shortcuts in Word?

You may not be hitting the Ctrl key, but those are all things that
have shortcuts involving the Ctrl key. That makes me suspect that the
Ctrl key is stuck, or has some malfunction (mechanical or electrical)
that makes it appear to be stuck.

Try plugging in a different keyboard to see if that makes the problem
stop. If so, replacement keyboards can be very inexpensive.
