paragraph spacing
In Word 2007, the only difference is how to access the Page Setup dialog
box: Click Page Layout on the ribbon, then click the dialog box launcher
button in the Page Setup group.

In Word 2003 or earlier, click on File | Page Setup | Layout tab |
Vertical alignment: Top | Default | Yes | OK. If you are prompted to save
changes to your Normal.dot global template when you exit Word, say yes.
