Default Word 2007 Autotext

Thanks loads, we relied on Autotext as we have large blocks of text are
inserted into legal documents and required the exact wording time after time.
Autotext was a good solution for our less skilled users. I didnt realize F3
would do it. The little yellow "tip" will be missed.

I have finally figured out autotext in Word 2007, but cant determine
how to name it, as done before so that typing the name and pressing
Enter inserts it. Any help will be appreciated?

A topic of much discussion...

The aspect you mention, which Microsoft called AutoComplete, is not
available in Word 2007. (Supposedly it's a technical issue to do with
multiple kinds of building blocks having the same name, but IMO the chosen
"solution" of turning it off completely was the worst possible one. We're
hoping this will be remedied eventually.)

You won't see any yellow tool tip except for dates. You can still type the
name and press F3 to insert the AutoText entry, but Enter won't do it.
