Doug, Sounds like a solution but I have 3 questions: 1. I am using Word
2003 and the solution is for Word 2007, any issues? 2. I am using Windows
Mail. Will setting up outlook become a conflict. I do not want to use
Outlook permanently. 3. You asked that I reply to the newsgroup. I am
