Default Mail Merge Problem

Hi George,

I've never seen this in the standard Word mail merge, so it may well be a
Works-specific problem. Works does use an Addin to mail merge with Word. Best
ask in a WORKS newsgroup.

I use MS Works V. 8 and I am trying to send a letter to multiple recipients
using mail merge. I have defined the fields, but when I try to print, I get an
error message that states: "Works cannot complete this mail merge action
because an error occurred." I press "Okay" in the error message box, but
nothing happens other than a "ding." I have to do an ctrl, alt, delete to exit
the word processer.
