Hello All,

I am looking to create a form that I will want users to X or click in a
check box to select items they need. I have seen the Check Box Form button
but I am looking for something a little more up-scale looking. I don't know
any type of VB so is there a Wizard or a Tutorial or could someone point me
to how I can create a form with up-scale looking selection or check boxes?
