Default Format Envelope in mail merge

Hi I am trying to learn mail merge in word 2010

I can get word to save a list of recipients and then place them on the envelope

The problem I then have they are always at the bottom of the envelope I know I can drag this address block anywhere on the envelope

But is there not a way I can make the new position the default as it is I have to move everyone separately .

Also it prints the City, County and post code all on the same line is there a way to stop this please
