Thumbs up Answer: Table disappears at edge of landscape page in Print layout view on

It sounds like the issue you are experiencing is related to the page margins. When you change the page orientation from portrait to landscape, the margins may not adjust automatically, causing the table to disappear at the edge of the page.

Here are some steps you can take to fix the issue:
  1. Click on the "Page Layout" tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
  2. Click on "Margins" and select "Custom Margins" at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
  3. In the "Page Setup" dialog box, make sure the "Margins" tab is selected.
  4. Check the values for the left, right, top, and bottom margins. If any of them are set to 0, increase them to a higher value (e.g. 0.5 inches).
  5. Click "OK" to save the changes and close the dialog box.
  6. Check if the table is now visible in Print Layout view. If not, repeat steps 1-5 and increase the margin values until the table is fully visible.

If the above steps do not work, you can also try adjusting the column widths of the table. Sometimes, if the columns are too wide, they may extend beyond the page margins and get cut off.

To adjust the column widths:
  1. Click anywhere inside the table to select it.
  2. Hover your mouse over the right edge of the column you want to adjust until the cursor changes to a double-headed arrow.
  3. Click and drag the edge of the column to the left or right to adjust its width.
  4. Repeat for any other columns that need adjusting.

Hopefully, one of these solutions will help you resolve the issue and make your table fully visible in Print Layout view.
