There are older templates, just nothing "new". The only way you can use a
newer template is if you have a friend who has Word 2007 and will download
it for you.
Having said that, please be away that employers can spot a template a mile
off. Depending on the position you are applying for, this oculd be a big
mistake. (My best friend is an HR director and has given me a lot of great
advice on what not to do with a resume.)
