Default appending a document to a document

As far as I know, in Word there is no way to see more than one page of a PDF
file after you've inserted it as an object, so I don't think you will be
successful with this. Instead, you may want to convert your Word document to
PDF and then append the other PDF to that file (using the appropriate
software). Alternatively, convert the PDF to Word format (again, using the
appropriate software).

I have a word 2007 document and I want to append a pdf file to it and save
it as one file. My current word document is 1 page and I want the 2 page
pdf to be appended as pages 2 and 3. I don't need to edit the appended
data. I just want the document to be saved as one document and be
printable as one document.

I chose insert\object\Adobe Acrobat Document and it adds the pdf but shows
it much smaller. If I right click on the inserted pdf and chose size I
see word reports it's original size as 8.25" high by 6.38" wide. If I
stretch it in Word it gets very blurry.

If I open this pdf in Adobe and go to print Adobe reports the document as
being 11" high by 8.5" wide. and prints it looking normally. There is no
stretching or fitting active in the Adobe print setup.

How can I get word to append this document at full size?
