Hi Charlene,
Besides using the "Block Text" style to indent paragraphs, you also have 3 other ways as follows:
Method 1: Apply the Same Indentation for Both Sides of a Paragraph
Right click on a paragraph and choose "Paragraph" command. Then set the indentations in the dialog box open.
Method 2: Use “Format Painter” to Quickly Indent Paragraphs
Use the "Block Text" way or method 1 to set indentation for one paragraph. Then use "Format Painter" to quickly format other paragraphs.
Method 3: Copy the Paragraph Mark to Quickly Indent Paragraphs
Still, if you have many paragraphs to indent, you can format one first then copy its paragraph mark and paste it after the target paragraphs.
So the target paragraphs will take the same indentation formatting.
