You haven't stated which Word version, but the principles are similar. If
you insert a chart (Insert Object Microsoft Graph Chart in Word 2003 -
Insert Chart in 2007) you will get a default table on screen which will
look something like
1st Qtr 2nd Qtr 3rd Qtr 4th Qtr
East 20.4 27.4 90 20.4
West 30.6 38.6 34.6 31.6
North 45.9 46.9 45 43.9
In Word 2007 it will be an Excel table and the values will be different
Change the heading row to provide the names or IDs of the several people
contributing to the chart
and reduce the number of rows to the heading row and a single set of scores
