Saving as a text file retains a few things such as paragraph indentation and
headers that are in caps, but that's about it. I would have to go back and
re-italicize things, etc. Since this book is an academic book and has nearly
a 40-page bibliography, and lots of footnotes, it's not really an option at
this point.
