Default How can I replace underlining with italics?

Leave both the "Find what" box and the "Replace with" box empty. In the
"Find what" box, press Ctrl+U. In the "Replace with" box press Ctrl+U twice
and Ctrl+I once. Replace All.

I need to replace the underlining in a large text with italics. How can I
do
this using the Find/Replace function?
