Default Mail Merge in Outlook Businesss Contact Manager

I'm trying to do a direct mailing using the contacts in BCM Business Contact
Manager for Outlook which uses Word 2007 to do the mail merge but I can't
seem to map the person's title to the BCM database fields. The person's
title such as Mr., Mrs., Dr. is displaying fine in the Business Contact
database view within Outlook but when I pull up the mapping dialog box in
Word and try to map "title" there is nothing even close to "title" or "name
prefix" as one of my options in the drop down box. How can I fix this?
