If you execute the merge to a new document (Click on the Finish & Merge
button and then select "Edit Individual
Documents"), does the new document that is created contain the text of the
labels? Can you print it?

Labels (Avery 5160) were merged in Word 2007, everything was done in the
correct order. However, when printed the labels were blank (not an error
with the copier) and Print Preview displayed blank pages. It was like the
text was not there, changed font, changed font colour - nothing. Is this
some setting with the program or a glitch? Mailmerge done on another
computer in the office the same day did not have any issues.
