Default Landscape + Portrait

In Word 2007, the facility to insert a Section break is in the Breaks
pulldown of the Page Setup section of the Page Layout tab of the ribbon.

You should always mention the version of Word that you are using as the
instructions can differ somewhat from version to version.

You need to insert a Section Break (InsertBreakNext Page) at the point
where you want to change the orientation and then move the cursor to
after
that point and use Page Setup to change the orientation of that section.
