Also, make sure you don't have adaptive menus enabled. On the Options tab of
Tools | Customize, be sure the box for "Always show full menus" is checked.

I have a similar problem with page numbering. The Insert menu no longer
has
the page numbering option, so I have to use the header/footer method,

is not as good.
