See the "Individual Merge Letters" item on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website
at:

If you are using Word XP or later, the "Add-in to Merge Letters to Separate
Files" that I have written and that can be downloaded from that site will
allow you to create each letter as a separate file with a filename taken
from a field in the data source with a minimum of fuss.

I'd like to produce an individual electronic copy of each form generated
from
a mail merge.
To my knowledge, there's an easy way to merge a form for every record into
one document (which I don't want) or I can go through, select each record
individually, merge it to a document, and repeat this process for each
record
(very time consuming). Is there a method to create an individual document
automatically for all records?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
