Is there a way to use the View..Print Layout with the Zoom set to Two pages
but have the odd-numbered page on the right, not the left as it defaults to.
I would like to view the document as it would appear if bound.

It's a bit of a hack, but...

Go to the beginning of the document and insert a page break
(Ctrl+Enter). Open the header. Click the Format Page Number button on
the Header/Footer toolbar, and set the page numbers to start at 0. The
blank page 0 will appear on the left of the first pair of pages, which
will correct the display of the rest of the pages. Before you print,
though, you'll have to remove page 0 and reset the numbering to start
at 1.
