If all users are using a recent version of Word, you can add the Go to TOC
button to a toolbar; this toolbar customization can be stored in the
document.

The manual will be available to employees from different workstations.

Won't
I need something in the document?

Thank you.

The best way would be a macro attached to a custom toolbar button. At

least
that would be the best way, for me. Tools Customize.

I have a bookmark and macro set to GoTo the Table of Contents in a

manual.
What is the best way to have the macro available on each page?

Hyperlink?
Can you put a hyperlink or macro in a footer? Do you have to copy it

to
each
and every page?

Thanx.
