I'll assume this is Word 2002 or 2003, in which the relevant check box is
Tools | Customize | Options: "Always show full menus." The location is the
same in Word 2000, but the effect of the check box ("Menus show recently
used items first") is the opposite.

In Word, when I click on the top menu bar (ie: File, Edit, View) I want to
see all the list without having to click on the bottom arrow. I know there
is
a way to do it however I have forgotten.
Does anyone know? Please help.
