We are circulating a large Word file (~3.5 MB with changes and comments
removed) that has track changes turned on. Sometimes when the document is
sent to another user, the other user's file shows "2" or "3" for the page
number for all of the table of contents, list of tables, and list of figures.
The person who sent the document's file has the correct page numbers for
all. What is causing this error?
