You can use PrintScreen (whole screen) or Alt+PrintScreen (current window)
to capture the screen. Then paste it into any editing program and edit it
if necessary, you can even use Paint to do that.
Personally I use SnagIt for such a job which allows you to capture
precisely what you want.
Another alternative which I have used for a couple of years is "screenshot".
Very happy with it.
