If you're replicating the table on all 35 pages, the usual way of doing this is to bookmark the table and and insert a
cross-reference to in on each page.

If you're replicating just the lot number, you could bookmark that and and insert a cross-reference to in on each page. To update
the lot number throughout the document, you'd then update it within the bookmark then press Ctrl-A followed by F9. Alternatively,
you could put the lot number in the page header or footer.
