Use File | Save As to create a template from an existing document. If
you want your custom template to appear on a tab in the New dialog
box, make sure to put it in a subfolder (whose name matches the tab)
of the user templates folder (to find the name of the user templates
folder, look in Tools | Options, File Locations tab). For more about
