I'd like to use a keyboard shortcut for inserting a footnote. Can
somebody please tell me the combination?

PS: Is it possible to have word automatically insert a footnote
reference number, via find/replace? To replace every occurrence of **
with a separate, continuously numbered, footnote reference?
