Default Default Paper Size

It's also possible, if the default is being set by changing the paper size
in Page Setup and clicking Default..., that the problem is that Normal.dot
is not being saved. This could be due to Adobe Acrobat (see the last section
of http://www.gmayor.com/lose_that_adob...at_toolbar.htm) or some other
add-in. Also, make sure that A4 is the default paper size selected in the
printer driver (File | Print... | Properties).

You probably have a Windows regional setting set to a country that uses
Letter paper by default (USA) instead of the country where you actually

work
(UK , Australia etc)
You may then need to open normal.dot and make the changes there.

Every time I change my default paper size to A4, and then exit Word,
after reloading Word it reverts to Letter size. Any ideas anyone? I
have uninstalled wo0rd, and reinstalled, and it always reverts to
Letter size. Methinks a registry setting, but which setting? Any
help would be appreciated
