If this is a protected form, you can use a dropdown form field. If you don't
want to protect the document, you can use an AutoTextList field, but this
will not prevent users from overwriting the field to enter a different
value.

Hi,
Is there any way that I can setup a dropdown box for a Word table, such
that
only a limited set of values can be inserted into a column.
Regards
